We began by choosing Arabicas from the iconic coffee origins of Kenya and the Indonesian island of Java. While the Indonesian coffee rounds out the blend, it’s the renowned Kenyan beans that bring a snappy acidity and fruit note that complements the lime and mint flavour. Light roasting keeps the fruity aromatics and juicy acidity at play in this espresso. The lime and mint flavours of BARISTA CREATIONS Liminha Over Ice add a tropical liveliness as they splash through this delicious blend—the fresh citrus and delicate mint notes balanced a smooth hint of bitterness.
