Our Most Smooth and Balanced Blend of Arabicas

The aroma of delight that is Melozio just got a little lift. Get ready to welcome Melozio Go as your go-to choice to jump-start the day. As if the blend's classic cereal notes and honeyed sweetness weren't enough to win hearts, we gave the Brazilian bourbon variety beans and the aromatic Central American arabica beans an added boost. Technology is ever-evolving and to create our Go coffees, we've taken the decaffeination process we use in a new direction to add extra caffeine. When caffeine is transferred out of unroasted coffee beans, we isolate the caffeine extract and save it for the green coffee in the Boost blend. Before roasting, we use the same process but add the extract to infuse Melozio's beans to raise the coffee's total caffeine content. Once boosted, these coffees get the same split roast as Melozio-it develops the Brazilian bourbon's smooth cereal sweetness. Light roasting the Central American arabicas rounds out this familiar blend. Adding this caffeine extract to Melozio doesn't alter this heightened aroma of delight. Same great taste, extra boost!

A harmonious blend of Latin American Arabicas, mostly from Brazil and Guatemala, rich in smooth cereal notes and honeyed sweetness.
Roasting
The Brazilian Arabicas are roasted separately to develop sweet and cereal notes. The other Arabicas get are lightly roasted to round out Melozio.
Aromatic Profile
The fast flow and high temperature ensure a roundness of flavour, which is typical in blending lightly roasted Bourbon and Central American Arabicas. Through the coffee crema of Melozio, you’ll catch its aroma of delight – the classic cereal note and its honeyed sweetness. Melozio makes a smooth and flavourful black coffee, americano or long black. However, you drink it – it’s easy to fall for Melozio.
