South American Arabica beans meet Indonesian Arabica to offer an intense, exciting complement to the season.The coffees get a medium-dark roast to bring out some fruitiness and keep the coffees’ sweetness in the balance. It’s roast and ground specifically for a delicious experience over ice. Best served as: 1 coffee capsule (40ml) over a handful of ice cubes (90 gr). Top it up with cold water or cold milk (90ml), and you’ll find a beautiful synergy between milk and the coffees’ rich toasted cereal and woody notes.

Roasting
Not every coffee tastes as good as when extracted over ice. We hunted long and hard until we hit upon this blend of Arabicas that would stand up to a dark roast and deliver the bold roasted notes and rich aromatics you expect from an intense iced coffee. Barista Creations Freddo Intenso gets a split roast. Both roasts are medium-dark to bring out the fruity notes and keep some of the coffees’ sweetness intact.

This Arabica blend carries in beautiful balance the toasted cereal and woody notes and the classic bitter taste of a rich dark roast.
