Origin
An intense coffee with a toasted cereal notes reminiscent of crusty bread. A secondary woody note adds depth, while a hint of nutty notes and brown spices lend complex personality to this blend.
Roasting
This coffee uses the split roast technique to manifest intensity and complexity. The first split is composed exclusively of Arabicas and is roasted lighter, while the second is a mix of Arabicas and Robustas and is roasted darker, to develop body and roastiness.
Aromatic Profile
An aromatic and sweet blend with notes of toasted sesame, caramel, and a mix of nuts. Undertones of oat and barley give this selection a general toasted nutty flavor.
