ORGANIC AT HEART
Organic Arabica from Colombia’s remote Tolima region sings with the origin’s signature red fruit note and an enticing cereal aroma. At staggering heights, to catch sight of the ripe red coffee cherry against deep green foliage is as breathtaking as one sip of this coffee. Beneath its creamy crema texture, Colombia Organic sings with an enticing toasted cereal character in harmony with this origin’s classic red fruit note. Farmers in the Tolima region cultivate their coffee according to strict organic practices, stewarding their land and coffee crop for the generations to come.

Origin
Nestled between national parks, Tolima’s smallholder farmers live at staggering heights, tending to their Arabica under the shade of trees and cloud cover with the greatest of care. Behind them, the volcanoes of the Andes cast more than their shadows over the Colombian coffee lands. They deposit nutrients in the soil and establish a certain soil structure that fosters healthier coffee plants, yielding a more complex cup. The farmers behind Colombia Organic work with nature’s gifts to cultivate an exceptional Arabica. A strong, wellorganized community, the farmers take pride in their craft while in humility reaching out for support in driving their quality and sustainability practicesfurther still. In this same spirit, Nespresso is committed to transitioning towards a regenerative agriculture model. We believe regenerative agriculture can help improve farmers’ livelihoods, supporting the role they play as guardians of nature. These Organic coffees are a vital proof point on this journey.
Roasting
We roast this single origin coffee using the split roast technique. The first part is lighter and has the majority of the coffee. The second part is smaller in volume but it is roasted to a darker degree to add complexity intensity to the final product.
Aromatic Profile
A harmonious and sweet coffee with bready and toasted cereal notes and red fruits, topped by a generous, dense crema and a lasting aftertaste.
