A smooth, 100% Arabica blend made of naturally sweet beans from Brazil and bright, washed beans from Colombia.
Roasting
Latin American beans are roasted medium dark and quickly to develop sweetness. The other coffees are roasted a bit longer to develop a velvety texture. We add the flavor in after roasting.
