RETURNS
Need to send something back to us? No problem. Returns are easy with Nespresso.
Please keep your original till slip/or repair slip as no exchange, refund, or repair can be made without proof of purchase/repair.

TYPE OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE DETAILS
Machine & Accessories You have the right to return or exchange machines and accessories Purchased from Nespresso within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in a saleable condition in original undamaged packaging. Nespresso Machines purchased from our Trade Partners should be returned to the specific Trade Partner under their own Returns Policy.
Coffee & Sweet Treats Coffee capsules and Sweet treats are non refundable or exchangeable.
