This 100% Arabica coffee is sourced in the rich Lake Kivu shores in eastern Congo.
Roasting
We split this single-origin coffee during roasting. Half gets a dark and short roast, while the rest gets a slightly longer time to develop more intensity. The particle size is a bit coarser than in Original to be better adapted to the Professional system
