Master Origins Zambia coffee is a Limited Edition that is part of our Master Origins collection. It honors single-origin coffees whose aromatic profiles are highlighted by the expertise of local coffee growers. For Master Origins Zambia, it is a specific fermentation know-how after the harvest that allows this coffee to reveal delicious notes of exotic fruits and flowers.

For the first time, we are happy to introduce you to Zambia. Known for its famous Victoria Falls, this country close to the equator has all the qualities to produce exceptional Arabica. Altitude, source of fresh water, it is in this landscape that we have unearthed a variety of high quality Arabica that we are happy to offer you with our Master Origins Zambia coffee.
Master Origins Zambia is an ode to gastronomy with a sharp technique at the service of taste! Nespresso perfects its fermented coffees by experimenting with different terroirs and fermentation techniques. Now, in 2024, all the knowledge and expertise gained from these previous experiences culminates in the creation of Master Origins Zambia, our most elegant fermented coffee profile to date. Fermented and unfermented beans are roasted separately to achieve moderate roasting. This distinction preserves the ripe fruit aromas of the fermented grains.
MASTER ORIGINS ZAMBIA COFFEE PANCAKES RECIPE
The Zambia coffee created with Nespresso inspired me to create a recipe for a thousand hole pancakes. A Berber speciality that highlights the notes of cereals and exotic fruits of this coffee. I believe that tasting a coffee, like a dish, is always a journey.
